LONDON -(Dow Jones)- Barclays Commercial Bank has Wednesday announced it has acted as Sole Arranger for a GBP20 million finance facility for new company, Dave Whelan Sports Limited, trading as DW Sports Fitness, following their acquisition of 53 combined fitness and leisure sites from JJB Sports PLC.
